I launched the blog page in 2023 as an additional marketing tactic to aid with promotions and house long-form content. Blog posts were released once a month contingent on content and value and included holiday happenings, tenant features, seasonal happenings, itineraries and news. Blog posts were further promoted on social media and in newsletter e-blasts.
Newsletters
I launched the e-newsletter program through Constant Contact in 2021. Newsletters were sent bi-weekly as a roundup of happenings, including on-site and tenant events, promotions, sales, specials, giveaways and announcements.
From the launch to the end of my tenor, I grew the public newsletter contact list to 12.5K organic contacts with an average open rate of 47% which is 8% higher than the industry standard.
